• Deposit Payment

To make a booking, 50% pre-payment (minimum 2 nights) is required by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Please book as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed until this amount is charged to your credit card by Bliss Boutique Hotel & Spa.

Note that you will be required to present the same credit card used to pay the above deposit on check-in to the hotel for authentication purposes. As soon as your deposit is processed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation.

•  Cancellation/Change of Booking Policy

Low & High Season 14 - 07 days prior to arrival : 50% of the total amount on BB basis

06 days or less prior to arrival, early departure or No Show : 100% of the total amount on BB basis

It is the hotel's policy with regards to what cancellation/change of booking fees will be applied, as well as bank charges and admin fees for any refunds made to credit cards. Once you have received your Booking Confirmation on behalf of the above accommodation provider, any cancellations or change of booking dates are to communicate in writing directly with Bliss Boutique Hotel & Spa.

• Security and Insurance

All valuables must be placed in safe-keeping. Clients are strongly advised not to walk around with passports or VISA cards. Any laptops or mobiles or cameras should also be placed in safe keeping. The hotel will not be held responsible for any lost items. The clients are strongly advise to take a suitable travel insurance to cover accident, illness, baggage loss or theft, third party liability and cancellations insurance. Insurance is not included in the rate.
