DESCRIPTION
Nestling against a unique backdrop and commanding sublime views of the coastline of east Mahé, Villa de Cerf provides luxury and privacy in an exquisite island retreat that boasts four spacious, elegantly-furnished rooms on two floors of an imposing, colonial-style villa not far from the water’s edge.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the groundfloor: Bordomar & Bourgeois and the other 2 upstairs : Maconde and Croissant . The open-plan kitchen with dining area is situated on the groundfloor in the centre of the villa together with a spacious lounge with satelite tv and aircon. On either side of this common area are the 2 groundfloor rooms, each with terrace opening onto the sun deck and swimming pool. The 2 rooms upstairs are located on the right-wing of the villa with a common terrace. Each of the rooms has aircon, satelite tv, hairdryer, personal safe, closet, luggage rack plus IDD telephone and internet at a small charge. Each room also has an en suite bathroom with glass-walled shower, bath tub, twin wash basin and make up mirror.
The guests can also enjoy the services of a live-in hostess and cook are available to ensure maximum guest comfort and the best possible introduction to mouth-watering Seychellois Creole cuisine.
Guests may enjoy full access to communications and a private laundry service as well as boat transfers to/from Mahé, massage, fishing expeditions, boat trips and excursions to Mahé. Villa de Cerf is also a dream location for an unforgettable wedding or honeymoon.
NOTES:
1. Kitchen and BBQ facilities are to be used by hotel chef only.
2. Boat transfers operate between 6am and 5pm. Outside of these times, there is a supplement payable. There are no extra charges for Arrival and departure boat transfers, including those that fall outside the operational hours. Clients are offered one free return boat trip per day to and from Mahe between 6am and 5pm. Any additional boat transfers will be charged a nominal fee (approx Euro 10 per person up to 31 Oct 2010 & 20 Euro per person from 1 Nov 2010 - 31 Oct 2011). Point of embarkation and disembarkation usually Eden Island Jetty.

Each guestroom is ensuite (bath + shower) with aircon, satelite tv. hairdryer, safe, IDD telephone + Internet at a small charge. Each room can take an extra bed for adult/child 2-11 years OR a Cot for infant under 2 years free of charge. Rate includes breakfast, dinner can be pre-booked. Cot provided free of charge on request.

The price below is quoted for up to 8 persons renting the villa exclusively. Each guestroom is ensuite (bath + shower) with aircon, satelite tv, hairdryer, safe, IDD telephone + Internet at a small charge. Each room can take an extra bed for adult/child 3-11 years OR a Cot for infant under 3 years free. Note as this is a serviced villa, Kitchen and BBQ facilities are to be used by hotel chef only. Guests are not premitted to access this area.

- How To Book
1. Select your stay by clicking and highlighting the nights on the calendar of the accommodation type you prefer. Tip: Look at More detailsand Slideshow.
2. Choose from options available under 'Additional options & services'.
3. The booking system will select the cheapest offer available and you will receive an instant no-obligation quotation, and your file will be under process.
As soon Villa de Cerf confirms that your selection is available, you will be notified that your booking option is open.
- Deposit Payment
1. To make a booking, 50% pre-payment (minimum 2 nights) is required by bank transfer (details provided if you wish to book). All transfer fees (BANK CHARGES) is bearable by the client solely. Any shortfall of the deposit will be added to the balance which is payable 7 days prior to arrrival. Please book as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed until this amount is received by Villa de Cerf.
As soon as your transfer is received, you will receive a Booking Confirmation.

- Cancellation/Change of Booking Policy

It is the hotel's policy with regards to what cancellation/change of booking fees will be applied, as well as bank charges and admin fees for any refunds made to credit cards. Once you have received your Booking Confirmation on behalf of the above accommodation provider, any cancellations or change of booking dates are to communicate in writing directly with Villa de Cerf.

Transfer operational as from 06h00 to 17h00.
One free return boat trip per day to and from Mahe within the operational timings.
Any boat transfer outisde the schedule timing a nominal fee will apply.

- Special requess
Client must advise Villa de Cerf in writing of any special request needs (e.g. diet or other need that the guest may have). Villa de Cerf will attempt to meet any such request whenever possible. Certain special request may incur additional cost which will be charged to the clients account. Such charges will be communicated beforehand to clients for their acceptance.
- Security and Insurance
All valuables must be placed in safe-keeping. Clients are strongly advised not to walk around with passports or VISA cards. Any laptops or mobiles or cameras should also be placed in safe keeping. The hotel will not be held responsible for any lost items.
The clients are strongly advise to take a suitable travel insurance to cover accident, illness, baggage loss or theft, third party liability and cancellations insurance. Insurance is not included in the rate.
