1. To make a booking, 30% pre-payment (minimum 2 nights) is required by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Please book as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed until this amount is charged to your credit card by La Residence.

30 days or more prior to arrival : At hotel's discretion
29 to 15 days prior to arrival : 50% of total stay
14 days or less prior to arrival and No Show : 100% of total stay
