Booking Policy
1. Select your stay by clicking and highlighting the nights on the calendar of the accommodation type you prefer. Tip: Look at More details and Slideshow.
2. Choose from options on offer such as meals or car rental listed under 'Additional options & services'.
3. The booking system will select the cheapest offer available and you will receive an instant no-obligation quotation and your file will be under process.
As soon Beau Vallon Villa Self-Catering confirms that your selection is available, you will be notified that your booking option is open.
To make a booking, 75% deposit pre-payment (minimum 2 nights) is required by bank transfer. All transfer fees (BANK CHARGES) will be charged to the client. Please book as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed until this amount is received by Beau Vallon Villa Self-Catering. As soon as your deposit is processed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation. Please note for last minute bookings, if the deposit is not received by Beau Vallon Villa Self-Catering full payment will have to be made on check-in. If after this time the deposit amount is received any overpayment will be refunded to the client (less any applicable bank charges) i.e. any bank charges on refunds is borne entirely by the client.
- Balance of payment upon arrival/check-in in Euro or Seychelles Rupees CASH accepted only. Conversion to Seychelles Rupees as per the SELLING RATE of the Central Bank or any other Commercial bank.

- Cancellation/Change of Booking Policy
61 days prior to arrival : At the discretion of the villas.
60 days or less prior to arrival : Deposit payment is non-refundable.
It is the hotel's policy with regards to what cancellation/change of booking fees will be applied, as well as bank charges and admin fees for any refunds made to credit cards. Once you have received your Booking Confirmation on behalf of the above accommodation provider, any cancellations or change of booking dates are to communicate in writing directly with the hotel booked.
The entrance to the property is controlled by a remote control as the gate is Automatic. Each client is given a remote control with the set of keys. If the Remote control is lost or damaged (for example falls into water), the client will charged Euro 100 for a replacement, i.e. to purchase a new remote control.
All valuables must be placed in safe-keeping. Clients are strongly advised not to walk around with passports or VISA cards. Any laptops or mobiles or cameras should also be placed in safe keeping. The hotel will not be held responsible for any lost items.
