Sales & Marketing Seychelles based on Mahé Seychelles undertakes sales promotion on-line on behalf of the Seychelles Accommodation providers as one of it's principle functions, denominated by our site Holidays Direct Seychelles www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com, a free accommodation booking service on the internet.

Sales & Marketing Seychelles through the site www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com acts on behalf of the Accommodation provider to

a.) promote their accommodation on the internet

b.) provide a secure on-line payment facility on their behalf, thus enabling clients to make credit card payment/s on-line to the Accommodation provider speedily and securely in order to confirm their stays at the said accommodation.

The booking service is free. Any payments charged to a client's credit card are transacted by the selected Guesthouse or Hotel only as authorised by the client. No monies whatsoever or howsoever are charged to the client's credit card by Sales & Marketing Seychelles nor Holidays Direct Seychelles at any time.

As such the agreement of stay is between the client and the accommodation provider only. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.

Credit card details are encrypted and transmitted by our secure system verified by Geotrust. This information is communicated to the accommodation provider by telephone or fax in order for your payment to be made.

Terms and Conditions below apply to points a.) and b.) above accordingly as I.) Using Our Site and II.) Bookings. Notices are also given regards III.) Once in-resort and IV.) Other.

I)     USING OUR SITE

"You, your" and related expressions refer to the user of Our Site.

"Our Site" means the website with address www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com.

"Accommodation provider" and related expressions "Guesthouse"/"Hotel" refers to the provider of accommodation in Seychelles, irrespective of category

A.) AGREEMENT OF STAY IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE ACCCOMMODATION PROVIDER

The Guesthouse/Hotel presentation in terms of description, pictures, prices and/or offers, Cancellation/Change of booking is provided to us by the Accommodation provider or where authorised information is extracted from the said accommodation's official website or as provided by them on the Seychelles Tourism Board's website. The Hotel//Guesthouse is entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information contained on their presentation on www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com.

Payment/s authorised by you are charged to your credit card solely by the Accommodation provider you have selected. No monies whatsoever or howsoever are charged to your credit card by neither Sales & Marketing Seychelles nor Holidays Direct Seychelles at any time. And as such, the agreement of stay is between you and the Accommodation provider ONLY.

Consequently we disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy of information on the site, the booking process as well as your stay in it's entirety and any disputes arising thereof through use of our site.

B.) PRICE OR RATES

The booking service is free. The system automatically selects the best offers for the period of stay selected. Prices provided by the Guesthouse/Hotel are costed in Seychelles. Rupees and converted according to the prevailing exchange rates of the Euro at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stipulated, all prices are in Euro per room per night with meal plan indicated, local taxes and local bank charges for credit card payments. Self-catering is quoted on room only basis, no meals. Linen and bathroom towels are provided, as well as daily maid service. Supplements are payable for meals, car rental, children and any other Additional options and services selected.

The prices given on our site are subject to change as notified to us by the accommodation provider/s. This may be as a result of currency fluctuation, new taxes imposed or any other changes impacting on the cost base to the accommodation provider. Exact amounts payable are specified when confirming the booking.

Bear in mind that the prices may have changed from the time of your original enquiry to the time payment is charged for your reservation. You will be notified before proceeding with any charges to your credit card.

A wide selection of accommodation is available in Seychelles ranging from small quirky guesthouses to large luxurious resorts, each one with it's own charm and character and a member of Holidays Direct Seychelles. Each establishment is decorated to blend in with the environment, with an ambience reflecting local culture. Although we present a good number of leading properties in their respective categories, accommodation in Seychelles may still be considered modest by European standards.

3.  You will receive an instant no-obligation quotation which will include a file number and your file with be Under process.

D.) PAYMENT

To guarantee a reservation, i.e. to get a Booking Confirmation of your stay, full pre-payment for the stay must be charged by the accommodation provider first. VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards are accepted. Please do consider that another credit card payment may have been charged by the accommodation provider before your authorisation to charge was received for the same date requested which may mean that accommodation selected is now no longer available. We will notify you accordingly.

E.) SECURE PAYMENTS

Your credit card details will be encrypted and transmitted by our secure system verified by Geotrust. These details are passed by us to the accommodation provider by telephone only for your payment to be charged on the selected accommodation provider's electronic terminal as a distant sale. The transaction will be identified as the name of the accommodation provider on your bank account. You will be required to present your same credit card used on check-in to sign the transaction slip. This requirement is for authentification purposes and failure to do so will require that you make full pre-payment on check-in by another means. It is not possible for you to pay by bank transfer.

If you are choosing a service which is described as "on request" on our site, we will first provide you with a quotation of the service and payment policy.

F.) MODIFICATION OF STAY

Under Description, the Cancellation/Change of Booking Policy of each Accommodation provider is indicated. This policy is provided as a guideline only and may vary, especially during peak periods when more stringent fees may apply. It is the hotel's discretion what cancellation/change of booking fees will be applied, taking into account local bank charges and/or admin fees for any refunds made to credit cards.

Once you have received your Booking Confirmation on behalf of the above accommodation provider, any cancellations or changes are to be communicated in writing directly to the Accommodation provider booked.

Unless agreed upon with the Accommodation provider, any changes in a confirmed booking (i.e. once you have received your Booking Confirmation) will be considered as a cancellation and this will entail fees similar to a cancellation request, even if it may be postponement to another date. The following conditions are exceptions and thus do not entail the payment of cancellation fees, provided the Accommodation provider can confirm availability:
 - change due to an increase in the number of guests
 - change accrueing additional costs in services (replacement of a bed and breakfast by halfboard, or a standard room by a superior category or any additional options and services required, subject-to-availability)

Any other changes which do not fall into the above two described categories will be considered as cancellation/change of booking and will be billed accordingly by the Accommodation provider.

I.) INSURANCE

Travel cancellation expenses insurance, luggage insurance, traveller's accident insurance and travel health insurance are strongly recommended. No personal insurances of any type are included in the offers/prices provided on this site.

We have no control over or association with such third party sites and no responsibility in relation to the accuracy, completeness and quality of the information contained within them. M.) PRIVACY POLICY

We respect the importance of your privacy, and understand that making purchases on line involves a great deal of trust of your part. While browsing our site we do not collect any of your personally identifiable information (PII - information that can be linked to a specific individual). If we need your personal information, we specifically ask for it when you make a booking enquiry or purchase accommodation from our site. When you make a booking enquiry you voluntarily provide to us information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address etc. Reasons why we collect this information include to enable us to:
- send you an email message confirming booking enquiry received
- send your Booking Confirmation
- send email notification about special promotions
- respond to your questions or suggestions

We also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, expiry date, issue date and CVV number on behalf of the accommodation/services provider in order to pass this information by telephone to the accommodation provider for purchase of specified accommodation. Please see (E.) Secure Payments for additional information on our commitment to protecting your credit card security.

Please note that we keep collected information only as long as we deem necessary for the given purpose. Afterwards we delete it. We do not share this information with any third party whatsoever or howsoever except where necessary for suppliers of services requested to process your enquiry or booking payment. Such partners may include but are not limited to holiday organisers, airlines, car rentals, accommodation providers and dive centres, which need your personal details in order to provide successfully the services you have booked. When you submit your booking enquiry or payment to us, you agree that we may use and transfer your personal information in this manner.

We do not rent or sell private information or individual customer names to and third party and do not intend to do so in future. On occassion we may hire a third party to act on our behalf for technical assistance with the system. In such cases we will provide information to the third party for a specific purpose that it may be used solely for completing the specific project.

In addition we may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, a court order, any government or law enforcement authority. We may also disclose your personal information when we believe this is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against any party causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when another party could be harmed by such activities; or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of our site.

We do not warrant that our site is free from computer viruses and/or other properties that may cause loss or damage.

You may use our Site in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein, to get information about the Seychelles, may legitimate booking enquiries or bookings. You shall not use our Site for any other purpose, including without limitation, to make speculative, false or fraudulent booking enquiry or booking in anticipation of demand.

You authorise us where necessary to make a booking on your behalf in accordance with your instructions.

We reserve the right, to be exercised at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to terminate or restrict your access to our Site or any component thereof.

P.) YOUR OBLIGATIONS

You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:

You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name, including without limitations minors (under 18 years old) and other parties booked .

You must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity. You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or members of your household or parties travelling with you shall be true and accurate.

Our Site and any content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licenced or reproduced in any way by you, except for strict personal and non-commercial use.

You are expected to draw the attention of the Accommodation provider through Messages on our site as to your or any member of your parties physical capacity to travel e.g. pregnancy, physical disability, health problems. In this case, you will need to sign a discharge of responsibility to be faxed directly to the Accommodation provider, fax number provided on your Booking Confirmation.

Those travelling with young children are responsible to take the necessary precautions and care of your children at all times, and to notify the Accommodation provider if the balcony may be unsafe for example, care for children around the swimming pool etc. It is advised that you request to see the room booked prior to check-in.

The Accommodation provider and Sales & Marketing Seychelles through Holidays Direct Seychelles disclaims liability for any injury, death, damage or loss of persons, goods, accidents or other irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the accommodation or services booked may be used. Q.) GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

Use of this site is subject to the laws of the Republic of Seychelles and any dispute shall be settled within the courts of Seychelles.

II)    BOOKINGS

"We, Us, Our" and related expressions refer to Sales & Marketing Seychelles hereinafter referred to as "SMS"

"You, your" and related expressions refer to the lead member and all other members of the party named in the booking (in general: "travellers")

"Our Site" means the website with address www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com.

"Suppliers" are business entities providing services such as, but not limited to flights, accommodation, scuba diving, water sports, golf and wellness activities, holiday packages, ground services, excursions and insurance policies.

A.)  HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

1. As soon as the hotel or guesthouse confirms that your selection is available, you will be notified that your booking option is now open. You may then proceed to confirm by credit card payment. Please do so at your earliest convenience as availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is charged by the accommodation provider.

2.  To do this click on Confirm your booking and follow simple steps. Seychelles' hotels and guesthouses accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. Your credit card details will be encrypted and transmitted by our secure system verified by Geotrust.

3.  Once your payment has been chargedto your credit card by the hotel or guesthouse selected, you will receive your Booking Confirmation which you will be required to show on arrival in Seychelles to Immigration Officials.

Your Booking Confirmation will include contact details of the accommodation selected and car rental details if applicable, at which point our service delivery is completed.

4.  Arrival transfers, car rental delivery and special requests

Once your booking is confirmed, arrangements for arrival transfer, delivery of car rental or any special requests are to be communicated by you directly to the guesthouse, hotel or car rental please. Contact details of the service providers booked are provided on your Booking Confirmation.

B.) OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU

These "Terms & Conditions for Bookings" apply to bookings of services proposed by you by suppliers through www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com online booking system. In such cases we act only as a sales promoter/intermediary acting in the name and on behalf of the supplier and you the general traveller and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.

By making a booking through out site, you make an offer to purchase the service from the supplier. We are authorised by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when payment is charged by the supplier to your credit card and we send you a written Booking Confirmation of the booking on behalf of the supplier. Once your credit card is charged by the supplier, a legally binding contract is formed between you and the supplier of the service chosen by you.

The supplier's general travel and contractual terms and conditions are made available by us to you on the respective accommodation & car rental Description/pictures/details of the property on the presentation webpage of the accommodation provider or quotation for stay at the said property before the booking takes place (i.e. before payment is charged to your credit card) and they will apply in addition to those set out here. The supplier's terms and conditions may include provision relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds (if available) and any other restrictions.

Where there is conflict between any information on our site and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply in priority. Where there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and the supplier terms and conditions, the supplier's one will apply in priority.

C.) LIABILITY OF SALES & MARKETING SEYCHELLES THROUGH HOLIDAYS DIRECT SEYCHELLES

We render third-party services to which we make explicit reference in the travel advertisement and travel confirmation. We act as a sales promoter/mediator between you and the supplier and we cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the contract.

We assume no liability for the performance of arranged services and we provide no guarantee with regard to their quality or fitness as represented. We do not as well supply any guarantee for the availability of services.

The responsibility lies with the supplier as direct organizer of the services purchased by you.

The suppliers providing their services through us are independent contractors and not our agents or our employees. We are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any personal injuries, death, property damager or other damages or expenses resulting there from. We have no liability and we will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our direct control, and have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

We only commit ourselves to a careful choice of our suppliers. Incidentally the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility.

D.) YOUR OBLIGATIONS

You agree to be bound by the following obligations without limitation:

You must be one of the travellers and you must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity.

If you make a booking also for other parties, you are responsible to meet their contractual obligations (in particular the payment of the travel price) as well as your obligations.

You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name, including without limitation minors (under 18 years old) living with you. You agree to supervise all usage by minors of our site under your name.

You warrant that all information you provide about yourself and other members of the party named in the booking shall be true and accurate.

E.) SERVICES

All our offers proposed to you through our site specify all services included in the offer and the name of the supplier.

Your agreement incorporates the information on our site relevant to the services you wish to purchase, any written materials provided to you, Booking Confirmation email or fax and the copy of these booking terms & conditions which we make available to you which you accept on-line.

All the general information on our site, excluding the above mentioned ones, are provided for purposes of guidance only and may change at any time. In particular, with respect to passports, visas and vaccination requirements, it is your responsibility to check with the relevant embassy or travel office as we do not guarantee that this information is provided nor that it is up-to-date. Ancillary agreements that change the scope of the contractual services shall require an express confirmation.

F.) BOOKING PROCEDURES

Once the contract is concluded between you and the supplier. i.e. once your authorised credit card payment amount has been charged by the supplier, you will receive a Booking Confirmation message showing the details of your booking as well as contact details of the suppliers. We recommend that you print and keep this confirmation as you will be required to present it to Immigration Officials as proof of accommodation booked and to have it with you during the whole holiday. The confirmation will also confirm the price of your booking and what is included. If any of the information contained on the confirmation is incorrect please let us know immediately by sending us a Message on through your file.

Where availability and price cannot be confirmed at the time of your enquiry, bookings are taken subject to confirmation of availability and/or price. If the supplier cannot confirm availability and/or price within a maximum of 72 hours of your request, we will notify you accordingly and no contract will be concluded.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings where it appears that you have engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the bookings contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

G.) PRICING

The accommodation or service price paid by you is mentioned within our offers. The applicable prices are the prices available at the time of receiving your Booking Confirmation. However, they can vary before commencement of travel. The prices valid on the Booking Confirmation shall be binding in each case.

All prices quoted are in Euro and unless specified differently are inclusive of all local taxes and credit card fees.

Some guesthouses/hotels may apply a service charge for services consumed while in-house such as restaurant & bar bills, spa services etc.

H.) PAYMENT POLICY

In order to confirm a booking, you must authorise payment of your service by credit card according to the payment policy of the supplier selling you the service. A booking is only confirmed once the accommodation/service provider has charged your credit card with this amount authorised by you on entering your credit card details. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment has been charged by the accommodation/service provider. Please do consider that another credit card payment may have been charged by the accommodation provider before your authorisation to charge was received for the same date requested which may mean that accommodation selected is now no longer available. You will be notified accordingly.

Please also note that prices may change if there is a time lapse between the date of your booking enquiry and that of your input of credit card details authorising payment. We recommend that you confirm you booking at your earliest convenience as availability and prices cannot be guaranteed until payment is charged by the accommodation provider.

Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Your credit card details will be encrypted and transmitted by our secure system verified by Geotrust. These details are passed by us to the accommodation/service provider by telephone only for your payment to be charged on the selected accommodation provider's electronic terminal as a distant sale. The transaction will be identified as the name of the accommodation/service provider on your bank account. You will be required to present your same credit card used on check-in or commencement of services booked to sign the transaction slip. This requirement is for authentification purposes and failure to do so will require that you make full pre-payment on check-in by another means. It is not possible for you to pay by bank transfer.

If you are choosing a service which is described as "on request" on our site, we will first provide you with a quotation of the service and payment policy.

I.) CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATION OF BOOKINGS

Your right to cancel your service or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. In such cases you must report your intention immediately in writing to the service provider directly. Contact details of the service provider are stated on your Booking Confirmation. Be advised that the supplier may demand compensation amounting to 100% of the price regardless of the timing of cancellation. It is at the supplier's discretion whether to credit your credit card with the difference (if any) between what you have already paid and the sum due to the supplier. It is the supplier's discretion what admin fees may be applicable. Local bank charges are levied on refunds.

As Sales & Marketing Seychelles through Holidays Direct Seychelles does not charge any monies to your credit card whatsoever, we will not be liable to handle any complaints made by the clients, refunds, refund amounts, or any disputes arising out of the booking, description of accommodation and/or agreement of stay made between you and the supplier.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

J.) CHANGES IN PRICES AND/OR SERVICES

Insofar as we operate as an intermediary, we draw your attention that some changes in prices and/or services may be done by the supplier. Your right to accept such changes and the supplier's right to make them are determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier.

Please also note that prices may change if there is a time lapse between the date of your booking enquiry and that of your input of credit card details authorising payment. We recommend that you confirm you booking at your earliest convenience as availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is charged by the accommodation provider.

Until payment is charged by the supplier to your credit card, prices and availability are not guaranteed.

No claim arises against Sales & Marketing Seychelles through Holidays Direct Seychelles for the reimbursement of additional costs incurred, rather any claims you may have shall be against the supplier involved.

K.) TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

In case of flight bookings to Bird Island for example, the relevant supplier is responsible for providing you with the tickets and other travel documents. These are supplied at the departure airport.  We only act as an intermediary.

In case of any other single service, booking confirmation will be sent to you via our booking system and email with the relevant travel information required.

L.) PASSPORT, VISA, CUSTOMS, CURRENCY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS

You shall be responsible for compliance with all regulations concerning immigration issues (passport control and visas), customs issues as well as currency and health regulations. All losses due  to non-compliance with these regulations shall be at your expense even if theses regulations are changed after the booking. Please ensure that the name on your travelling identity documents (passport or when applicable identity card) matches the name on your ticket. If you fail to do so, carriage may be denied. 

III)   ONCE IN-RESORT

A.) SERVICE CHARGE

Some hotels apply a service charge for any invoices raised in-resort such as restaurant and bar bills, spa treatments etc. This is approximately 10% but may vary.

B.) TAXES

All invoices raised in-resort are also subject to a 10% sales tax.

C.) OVERBOOKING

In the event of an overbooking situation of a confirmed booking, the Accommodation provider will arrange to accommodate you in alternate accommodation of similar or higher standards and to make arrangements for the transfer to the alternate accommodation.

D.) CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Unless otherwise stipulated, check-in time is 10h00 and check-out time is 12h00. Although most properties endeavour to provide their clients with their room on arrival, this is no always possible. To guarantee check-in on arrival, it is recommended that you pre-book the previous nights stay. Similarly for the convenience of clients departing on evening/late night flights, it is recommended that this night of departure is pre-booked as well in order that you may keep your room until time of departure to the Airport. Note that not all accommodation provides a transit room with shower and change facilities, nor secure locked left luggage facilities. Left Luggage Facilities are available at the Seychelles International Airport.

E.) AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Once you have received your Booking Confirmation, any additional communication regarding your stay at the said Accommodation provider is to be done in writing directly with the Accommodation provider booked. This includes arrival transfers, delivery of car rental, any special requests as well as notification of cancellation/modification of your confirmed booking.

Should there be something amiss observed regarding your confirmed booking, you are requested to transmit directly to the Accommodation provider within 30 days after the last night of stay at the said Accommodation provider. Beyond this time limit, the Accommodation provider will not entertain any complaint.

Our site which provides only a booking service disclaims liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss/claims of any kind in agreement, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of our booking service. Furthermore we will not be liable to handle any complaints made by clients, refunds, refund amounts or any disputes arising out of using our site and/or agreement of stay between you and the accommodation provider.

IV.     OTHER

A.) LIABILITY OF SALES & MARKETING SEYCHELLES AND/OR HOLIDAYS DIRECT SEYCHELLES

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, agreement, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of our site or bookings made. If notwithstanding the foregoing, we should be found liable for any loss or damages which arises out of or is any way connected with any of the above described functions or uses of our Site or its content, our liability shall in no event exceed the sales promotion fee payable by the Hotel/Guesthouse to Sales & Marketing Seychelles.

Whilst we make every possible effort to ensure that your use of our Site is trouble-free, we do not warrant that our Site will operate free from error, nor do we warrant that use of our Site will not result in damage to your computer or your computer becoming infected with a computer virus or other harmful components. You are therefore advised to take the suitable precautions and to use your own anti-virus software at all times.

In order to use the functionalities of our Site, you must have - at your own choice and expenses - an access to the Internet lend from a supplier of own confidence. We will not be in any way responsible of eventual damages to your utilized computer equipment directly or indirectly arising from the connection to the Internet.

B.)  DISCLAIMER
As there is no agreement between you, the client booking on-line and Sales & Marketing Seychelles though use of or bookings made via our site www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com, Sales & Marketing Seychelles  www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com disclaims liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract/agreement, tort or otherwise arising out of your use www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com or bookings made via the same. Furthermore Sales & Marketing Seychelles www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com will not be liable to handle any complaints made by you, refunds, refund amounts, or any disputes arising out of the booking, description of accommodation and/or agreement of stay made between you client booking on-line and the Hotel/Guesthouse.

SMS www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com also disclaims liability for:
  a) Any act, omission, default, neglect themselves, their servants; the Hotel/Guesthouse and their agents, contractors or servants; for injury, death, damage or loss to persons or goods, accidents or other irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the same may be used.
  b) Any cancellation of itineraries, deviations, delays or the failure to provide accommodation, transit room, transport or facilities for carrying or storing luggage.
  c) Any inaccurate information contained on the www.holidays-direct-seychelles.com website and any resultant dispute that may arise accordingly regarding the client’s stay at the said Hotel/Guesthouse

C.) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify us, our affiliates and/or our respective suppliers and any of our officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
a) your breach of these Terms of use, Conditions and Notices or the documents referenced herein
b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
c) your use of our Site or bookings made using our Site.

D.) FORCE MAJEUR
We shall not be liable for any situation that may arise out of a force majeure event. This shall include without limitation government intervention, wars, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activities, hijacking, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport beyond our control or that of our suppliers, closed or congested airports, strikes, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, natural and nuclear disasters, industrial actions and any other similar events affecting us or our suppliers.

E.)  Sales & Marketing Seychelles and/or Holidays Direct Seychelles reserve its right the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time.

F.) GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

Use of this site is subject to the laws of the Republic of Seychelles and any dispute shall be settled within the courts of Seychelles.
